This is our basic regional fair schedule                   

School Fairs Occur

• January and February

Regional Science Fair Registration 

• Opens on February 10, 2025​

• Closes ​​on April 5, 2025

Competitive Gr 6 – 12 Fair at COTR

• Friday, April 11, 2025

• During last year's debrief, the committee agreed we would not use online projects/judging for 2024, in-person at COTR

• Medal presentation will occur and CWSF finalists announced at the end of the day

• Special Awards will be presented in a virtual ceremony the following week.

Schedule for Day of April 11th

• 8:30-9:00 am Student Set Up

• 9:00 am Opening Ceremonies

• 9:15 am Judging Begins

• 12:00 pm Judging Ends

• 12:30 Get to know College of the Rockies!

• 12:00-2:00 pm Lunch Break and Public Viewing of Projects 

  • Parents are welcome to join at this time.

  •  Bridge breaking contest

• 2:00 pm Closing Ceremonies and Awards

  • Parents/teachers are welcome.

• 4:00 pm Fair Ends
